~RECREATIONAL VEHICLE REGULATIONS~
All Wildwood members and guests are expected to adhere to Wildwood rules
AND ALL state rules and regulations for recreational vehicles while on Wildwood property. Failure to follow all applicable rules and regulations will result in the immediate loss of riding priviledges, fines and other action per Wildwood's Rules and Regulations.  
Laws pertaining to public property use apply to Wildwood Acres. 
WAIVER OF LIABILITY MUST BE SIGNED AND SUBMITED PRIOR TO RIDING ANY RECREATIONAL VEHICLE AT WILDWOOD. 

State Laws:
*All ATVs must be registered and titled if used on public lands, except for those used solely for agricultural purposes.
*All registered ATVs are to receive one numbered sticker; renewal is once every year.
*No one under 12 can operate an ATV unless on private land.
*No one under 18 can operate an ATV on public lands unless they possess a safety training certificate.
*No passengers are allowed on the ATV unless it is designed to carry more than one person.
*ATV use on highways is prohibited, except to cross these roads and for agricultural purposes and then only during daylight hours.
*ATVs operated during hours of darkness shall have lighted head lamp and tail lamp.

Wildwood Acres
Wildwood Acres Association is a 501c7 non profit social club. To become a member individuals must first purchase a lot and pay annual fees. Annual fees are used to maintain the common properties with the protection and maintenance of its natural beauty and wildlife being the top priority. Members may chose to build a home on their private lot, enjoy the amenities without building, or camp in the campground. All commonly owned areas are available for membership enjoyment. The Board of Directors is tasked to maintain the facilities and plan for the future development and protection of the association.

Current Annual Fees:
Owner Assessments: $400.00 (Per lot)
Campsite Fee: $600.00

OTHER:

There is an initial one-time fee of $500.00 for new permanent campsite.  There is no fee for an established camper moving to another established campsite.  

Camping:fees: Members $30.00 for a camper, $15.00 tent / night. Guest Camper $50.00 for a Camper, $20.00 for tent / night.

If you plan to have guests please fill out the guest camper form and send in with payment to guarantee a spot. Guest spots are on a first come first served basis for reserving them. ALL guest camping fees must be paid by the member, the guest may reimburse the member.  Payment may be dropped off in the clubhouse.

The Club House and Act 1 are available for member's to reserve for gatherings, parties and special events. To reserve a date fill out the reservation form and mail to the board with your payment. They are available on a first come first served basis and reservations are not guaranteed without payment. >
