Wildwood Acres

Wildwood Acres Association is a 501c7 non profit social club. To become a member individuals must first purchase a lot and pay annual fees. Annual fees are used to maintain the common properties with the protection and maintenance of its natural beauty and wildlife being the top priority. Members may chose to build a home on their private lot, enjoy the amenities without building, or camp in the campground. All commonly owned areas are available for membership enjoyment. The Board of Directors is tasked to maintain the facilities and plan for the future development and protection of the association.

2014 Annual Fees:

Owner Assessments: $350.00

Campsite Fee: $475.00

Recreational Vehicle Fee: $20.00

Guest Camping Fee: $20.00 for a camper, $10.00 tent (per night)

fishing (off dock, shore and boats with electric motors), ice fishing, paddle boating, canoeing, NO SWIMMING

Access to the Maquoket River

Access to camping for an additional fee

Members meetings are held the third Sunday of the month at 1pm in the Clubhouse,

Meetings are available via Zoom.

We would like to let everyone know that the 2026 invoices were sent via email today 2/12/26. If you didn't have an email on file your invoice was sent via USPS mail today 2/12/26.

As always, ACH payments will begin in February.
